Its an ok app. I don't like how I get alerts for messages and click on them and when I login... they never show up in the sections to read again.

The officer standing outside my entry line told me to get this and to "manipulate it" to get it to work so I could skip the line. It did not work, after a password reset and call security code. Too many apps and not enough airport information to guide people correctly through customs. Terrible.

This app never works. It will not let me login. Whenever I try to login it says FORBIDDEN and that I must use a CBP email address to login and brings me back to the login page. I use the same email address to login on my laptop and there no problems. Uninstalling.

All this app is, is a web browser that takes you to cbp application site. Don't bother just go there on your browser. It's faster and more stable

Won't let me log in using my email I've setup. Ive tried multiple times. I'll update this review if i ever get it working.

this app login sucks. I've created my profile several times and confirmed many times on login.gov. never hits the cbp site so i can log in
