The app generally works fine, its design is nice and clean but the integration between the website and the app is clearly failed. The app should not display webpages from the web site, it just makes the app pointless to use because it adds loading time and you are not connected to your account on the webpage even if you are on the app. So it's a discontinuous experience and it's a shame. The point of an app is to have a service directly on your phone to avoid getting to the web.

The worst delivery service I ever had to deal with if you can avoid using it and pay some extra money for delivery for some other companies do it!!! They are just rude at phone the call service is very expensive and in the free one there is no way you get connected with an operator , they sensed my package back with out even try to deliver it , they said that there was a problem with the address even of they have made the same delivery the previous week

La Poste tracking system in France is almost useless. It doesn't tell you where your parcel is, just that it is in the system and will be delivered to you as soon as possible. For the rest it is full of publicity for their products. Hopeless.
