App does not see that my Filehub is connected. Filehub works fine via browser, but the app cannot see it. This app has not been updated in over 2 years. It appears RAVPower is content with taking your money when you purchase a Filehub and then not providing you with the app that actually makes the Filehub useful.

in the beginning everything was great.the hub device used to transfer files ,play files on the hard disk and connect to a Wi-F iso that phone can connect to hard disc as well as to the internet....then one day Wi-Fi feature stopped working....to resolve it I resetted the file hub to default configuration...now Wi-Fi feature has started working but files are not playing on the hard disk....files open but don't play...through same hub the files on the phone are playing...No software update...

The app is missing some key configuration settings to setup file sharing from an SD card or USB stick. Had to connect to a PC and log in and find the DLNA settings to make video files shareable.

I can only use this app for basic file copying from phone to sd card and vice sera. Some configs can only be achieved on the web interface. The streaming is ok, I haven't encountered any lags so far. However, the biggest error for this app is that I cannot find any photos, musics, videos on the FileHub internal storage (both SD card and USB) in the corresponding categories. The phone's data, otherwise, is categorized ok. I had to use the file explorer all the time in other to view something from the FileHub. it's quite pointless in that sense. One more thing, the file backing up is not as fast as I expected. It had no added values in some use cases because of its slowness.

Confusing little gadget but once set up it seems to work OK. Has trouble playing some movie/tv files. Struggling with a seagate 2Tb hardrive but fine with a 1Tb. Edited Review: (2 days later) i have now discovered that alot of the issues with being able to play media are with the software. i installed Xplayer on all devices and can now play any of my files without hassle. this really is a good little gadget. i work in dodgy wireless enviroment but by hard wiring this i have no internet issues.

Keeps dropping WiFi connection in Hub mode - useless. Support responds but not fixing the priblem. Using RP-WD03 s/n 0PEL18QP from my Huawei P10 Android 9.1, but Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. 1. Do I need to upgrade firmware to get it to work? 2. As WiFi doesn't work, Should I update the firmware using RJ45 or USB cable? 3. Is there a beta version of the app? I am running FileHub Plus 2.0.060. 3. I need more help! Or a new/better/replacement device!
