This would be better for me if the quick access page was a lightweight stand alone app without the App Cleaner column. Like an SD maid lite. Why? Because that's all I use. I'd also like to see darken move the control bar up a little so it doesn't have to hide the home buttons because there's absolutely enough room. There's no reason to have the two conflict. Just my $0.02 of input. Otherwise it's a decent tool as usual. SD maid has been around for as long as smart phones and always a good app.

I don't know what happened but as of late the quick access program is really slow. Everything takes way longer to scan, but especially system cleaner and app cleaner. Those two take forever to both scan and run. I'm not doing anything different with my phone and I haven't installed any new apps so I don't know what the problem is.

Of late application performance is not good. The feature in app leaner which used to clean what's app media files has stopped working for a while now. Had emailed the Dev team but neither received a response nor was it resolved. Being a paid user does not seem to be appreciated here. Would suggest trying other paid apps for ones who have not yet paid. Will update if I see any changes.

A "cleaner" that actually does useful things, without claiming absurd things. It is HIGHLY customizable and performs tasks unavailable (AFAIK) in apps with similar purposes. Its interface is nice, too, and navigation is easy. The permissions are reasonable, as so is the price for the premium version.

Great app, I give 5 when it doesn't say the drive instead of internal or SD. Other than that it's pretty decent and I worth your time. No subscription. Cleans and many other features. Get it.

Something went wrong recently. It was a 5-star app for me for a number of years (paid version), but the system and application scans take too long lately. Please fix. I will change it back to 5 stars. Motorola Moto G Power.

About this app

SD Maid will help you keep your device clean and tidy!
It offers a collection of tools to manage apps and files.

Nobody is perfect and neither is Android.
Apps you have already removed leave something behind.
Logs, crash reports and other files you don't really want are constantly being created.
Your storage is collecting files and directories you don't recognize.
Let’s not go on here... Let SD Maid help you!

SD Maid allows you to:
• Browse your whole device and manipulate files through a full-fledged file explorer.
• Remove superfluous files from your system.
• Manage installed user and system apps.
• Detect files formerly belonging to uninstalled apps.
• Search for files by name, content or date.
• Obtain a detailed overview of your devices storage.
• Optimize databases.
• Do actual app cleaning and remove expendable files, which supersedes what others may call 'cache cleaning'.
• Detect duplicate pictures, music or documents, independent of name or location.
• Run tools automatically on a schedule or via widgets.

SD Maid has optional features that utilize the AccessibilityService API to automate tedious actions.
Using the AccessibilityService API, SD Maid can click buttons for you to perform operations on multiple apps, e.g. deleting caches or force stopping apps.
SD Maid does not use the AccessibilityService API to collect information.
