Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Voluntari@sporMadrid Te acompa on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Los/las voluntarios/as participantes tendrán, la aplicación instalada en sus móviles, aunque las claves de acceso serán proporcionadas por administradores/as de la Aplicación de Gestión Interna, que serán responsables de su registro.
En sus pantallas aparecerán las demandas activas mediante una alarma de demanda pendiente y se podrá acceder a la demanda concreta, o bien acudir a una ventana con un listado de todas las demandas pendientes que tendrá dos botones: pendiente y realizada.
Cliqueando se accederá a cada demanda concreta en la que figurará día, hora, distrito e id de contacto Y un botón de acepto que, cuando se pulse, dirigirá a un chat privado con la persona demandante para concretar detalles, en su caso.
En cada demanda aceptada, aparecerá un botón de realizada, que el/la voluntario/a habrá de marcar una vez que se haya cumplido el acompañamiento.
El/la voluntario/a realizará un cuestionario a la persona mayor usuaria con preguntas sobre su situación personal. Dicho cuestionario será opcional para el/la usuario/a y habrá de solicitarse su consentimiento. La base de datos originada con los cuestionarios realizados será enviada a la Dirección General del Mayor y actualizada periódicamente.
En el caso de que la persona voluntaria detecte a través de este cuestionario que la persona mayor presenta cualquier situación de riesgo, el cuestionario podrá ser enviado de manera inmediata a la Dirección General del Mayor mediante un botón de “enviar”.
Finalmente, cada demanda se reflejará en el área personal del voluntario con todos los datos de la misma (tipo de demanda, día, hora, Id. del usuario/a, valoración).
