The app doesn't work at all. The company doesn't give any type of feedback whatsoever. If you just bought this vaccum cleaner you should really consider returning it. Don't get me wrong the vaccum itself is good, the support and the app are utter garbage.

It used to work like a charm. Now it won't even connect to the robot. And don't get me started with the Alexa skill...
