This is a really good app. I started off with the 2 week trial doing the daily workouts and I instantly saw benefits with 2 consistent weeks in mobility and strength. Initially it was challenging to figure out the entire app with so much material in there(maybe a video on how to navigate the app would be good). I ended up subscribing and here are the bottomlines: (1) The workouts are fantastic, functional and challenging. They incorporate a lot of compound movements which really gives you a full workout for major muscle groups. They also incorporate very good warm-up and cool-down routines that i found to be very effective(borrowing from yoga elements). (2) The workouts are hard! This is not something that you can breeze through. Even if you go lightweight, the sheer volume of the number of sets and the fact that the movements are compound, makes this a LEGIT workout. You can feel the gains almost immediately (3) I love that apart from a traditional upper lower split....there is focus on mobility, plyometrics and movement!!! I'm a firm believer that movement is the key and I love that I am able to work on all of these.(4) I am already getting stronger, fitter, faster and I know that I'm heading for a healthy body. My suggestions: (a) Incorporate the choice for a series of beginner workout, using more basic movements only. eg. Doing a standard kettlebell swing instead of staggered stance alternate kettlebell swing. Starting from complex movements increases the learning curve of getting into your routine. Everyone has to start somewhere.(b)Incorporate options for workouts under 30 minutes. I love that your workouts are fully featured, but sometimes people just have 30 minutes to workout. It's not ideal but its better than nothing. A (c)The home workouts should be using only kettlebell/resistance band at most. When you goto a pull-up bar, that is not something that is easy to find and I have to try and figure out my own substitute. (d)The absolute best thing would be to have a follow-you video, where you record a full session of 45-60 minutes of you doing the full routine. That would allow us to follow along, time the breaks right and get the maximum benefit. Great stuff!! Looking forward to more material from you

Awesome App! I'm a coupke weeks into using this app and loving it. Daily workouts for whether you have a full gym or are doing it at home, detailed instructional videos on how to do each move, and huge library of exercises. With covid I'm not in the gym right now so this has been perfect for showing me ways to use the kettlebells, bands, and everything else I have at home. Can't reccomend it enough.

For the money it's lacking. The workouts are not follow along. They are tough and the videos are good at explaining each exercise but it would be better if we could follow along with the coach for the whole workout. A lot of the reps are time based but there are no alerts when you hit the time periods. Plus I can barely see the clock while I am doing the exercises. It only works on your device and you can't cast it to a TV to make it easier to view. I think this could have just been a website.

It's worth every penny! The variety of content keeps me consistently engaged because I can challenge myself in completely diffferent ways. It never gets boring. I can't imagine how he finds the time to record so many workout options. I've been blown away by the challenge and find myself looking forward to the pain and torture that he has intelligently designed and organized. I can barely get up in morning because I'm so stiff from workout, but it gets easier and I feel stronger than ever.

Great app. These workouts are the full package , my favourite part is the mobility and decompression which most other apps or programs don't have , I have tried many many apps and programs none work as good as this . I read in the reviews here some guy said the workouts are not tough enough, ?WHAT who the hell are u the worlds fittest man .These workouts are killer and u can see your improvements on a daily weekly basis .I'm alot more flexible aswell . Best of luck to Eric from Ireland 🇮🇪

The app works well and I enjoy Eric's workouts. I only have a small issue that I'd rather have the workouts be one long video rather than a bunch of short ones. Other than that everything is great.
