The app isn't working anymore. Won't even open. Whenever I open it, it says nemid keeps stopping. Tried reinstalling, updating my phone, clearing the cache. Nothing is fixing it.

It used to work super well and removed some of the hassle of having to use NemId. But since the beginning of February or so, a lot of times when you shop online, it doesn't send you a nemid code, despite it having worked on those very same shops just before. It still works super well for logging into more official stuff like the bank, health journal and so, but not when shopping. Please fix this

Edit after figuring out how this works... I read a lot of reviews that it doesn't work. And basically it doesn't unless you understand this principle: IF YOU USE THIS APP ON YOUR MOBILE YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR PURCHASE ON ANOTHER DEVICE. it basically can't switch from one app to another "for security reasons". Maby the app creators and customer service could be so kind to include this very vital information. So people dont need to get frustrated trying to make it work.

No more hazzle with NemID card. Works just fine, and I can easily make a purchase on my phone, and switch over to this app and approve it. I don't know how come other people are saying otherwise. I've used this app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 and OnePlus 7 pro without any issues.
