I used this app when making a few different phone antennas. IT WAS PERFECT for detecting the strength.. Thanks to the developer.. very simple use!!! The best diy antenna connects to a coax cable that is attached to a headphone plug that of course plugs in the head set jack... Tried the mini USB port for charging and it was no benefit.. tried foil tricks and it blocked the signal.. Thanks again

Very usefull tool to assess and diagnose the network. I just bought a new router and this app showed me the signal level was about 30% lower than my 7 years old router. Also, it can help finding the best location of the router to maximize the signal strength everywhere in the house.

The problem is the TV reception on hulu prime and most of the others. Sound keeps going dead, it freezes sometimes a second or two and others completely and we have to restart whatever app we were watching. Fix this and get 5 * !

Was having some signal problems certain parts of the house on my portable internet radio move my router away from the computer on another shelf elevated it wow all the difference in the world was skeptical but This Thing Really Works excellent app

Very useful, without problematic issues, have now found some customisation, would like it as a percentage to replace the signal icon, like battery life. Current use whilst stuck on campsite makes all the difference if trying to contact family on Skype over Christmas. Thank you. Could do with a Windows version
