I've primed the app and it charged me one Euro. I'd only got the app to charge in Fordingbridge. The chargers didn't work. No one answers the helpline. Then I read Incharge were dumping their business in UK! Instead of free charging, I've been charged for not being able to charge:-(

After accepting the T's & C's the app locks up completely on the first page for me (the map centred on my location.) Uninstalled & reinstalled a couple of times inc restarted the 'phone (Samsung Note8, unbranded, fully updated, not rooted.) Tried several times, given up... Edit. Contacted by the Dev a week or so later to say that the App has been fixed. Reinstalled just now & it certainly isn't locking up anymore, all pages loading quickly. Too early to say whether every function is working...

Yes another app for charging your car, what's the point! why can't we just use our debit or credit card to pay at the point of charge? I don't go to Sainsbury and have to use there app to pay then drive on to Starbucks and they wont accept my money unless I download their app or apply for a card. Why do the companies who install these chargers make us do this? They will only have to upgrade all there hardware again later when people start charging at places which accept credit and debit cards!
