General ist die App ganz nett. Aber die Infrastruktur dahinter liefert keine Daten. Ich bekomme immer die Nachricht das meine Batterie offline sei. Mit der anderen App von Sonnen ist aber alles ohne Probleme erreichbar. Passiert ab und zu sporadisch, derzeit sehr oft.

Komme gerade von der alten sonnen-App. Leider habe ich, bis ich durch Zufall daraufgekommen bin, gar nicht gewusst, dass es eine neue gibt. Bitte kommuniziert das anständig an all jene, die noch immer dir alte App nutzen! Probleme werden in der alten ja anscheinend nicht mehr behoben. Bis jetzt gefällt mir die neue App sehr gut, da sie auch aktiv weiterentwickelt scheint!

Hallo, ich habe dieselben Probleme wie die anderen, die hier ihre Probleme beschrieben haben. Meine Probleme existieren seit ich die App installiert habe, so ca. 2 Jahre. Dass Ihr auf jeden Kommentar antwortet ist nett, aber uns wäre mehr damit geholfen dass Ihr Richtung Problemlösung tätig werden würdet. so ist es eigentlich ein unhaltbarer Zustand. Unbrauchbar. Nach dem Anmelden bleibt die App stehen bei "Lädt Sonnenenergie..." weiter kommt sie nicht. Neuinstallation oder reboot bringt nichts. Dann lieber herkömmlich über das sonnen Portal, das funktioniert wenigstens.

Wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man auch regelmässig aktuelle Daten angezeigt bekommen würde. Entweder sind sie veraltet oder nicht verfügbar
