Handling of payment services is pretty poor. After changing banks, I couldn't activate my new payment account through my FONIC online account, nor make a one-time payment through my FONIC account. When the account balance ran low, their system sent an SMS and asked to answer with "JA" to add money but "Sender doesn't support [SMS] replies", so an answer wasn't even possible. Finally, I had to buy an "Aufladekarte" at a grocery store. They need better programmers...

Funktioniert, relativ praktische App. Gut, um zu sehen, wie viel Datenvolumen einem bleiben, und wie lange der Zahlungsmonat noch dauert :)

Ich habe eine Aufladung von 10€ veranlasst und 20€ werden abgebucht... Edit: Von einen Stern auf drei erhöht. Danke für den Hinweis zur Auszahlungsmöglichkeit. Es wurden 20€ abgebucht und gutgeschrieben. Edit 2: Wieder auf einen Stern reduziert. Bei der nächsten Aufladung sind wieder 20€ abgebucht worden - nicht zu glauben. Und Rückzahlungen werden am ENDE DES QUARTALS durchgeführt. Der Support war ebenfalls komplett nutzlos. Was für ein Saftladen. Ich kann von Fonic nur abraten.
