I love your modem and all functionalities, technically very good! But UI and UX with the app has never been good (frankly, it's just bad, looking like UI/UX from the 80's). I always wanted to hope that you would for once come up with a new app with modern and fresh UI to deliver great UX! Now with the June update, it has become from bad to worse! Sorry... Redirecting an app to the browser looks like an ugly solution. And often it gets stuck after authentifying with fingerprint, etc..

I used to be able to manage my modem through the app, which was very good, now when I open the app and try to access my modem's menu after I enter my password the app sends me to my browser and opens a page there. Why?? I am so dissapointed that I lost that feature. What is the meaning of having the app installed anymore?

So i used to be able to access all settings via the app. Now I need to use the browser. The app got pretty much useless as you need the browser for every single setting anyway. Also you cannot use the home connection feature anymore. I really liked the app and its features. Now I am uninstalling it.

Last update was not good. I lost outside access. Configuring new user is not intuitive and does not work for me. Also the phone app should have an option to easy access tge router, there is yet another layer of security/ password. I can access my bank account much easier. It was hard enough to work in the app before the update, now I have to use web access.

App *was* fantastic. Easily able to VPN into my home connection but this feature has now been removed and you need to manually configure it in your OS. Unfortunately, in Australia we don't get static public IP addresses, so this will not work for me and I've lost this functionality entirely. Would love for this feature back in this app or even in an entirely different app!

Unfortunately they removed the VPN connection via the home network tab which was very convenient. Tried to setup the VPN with the android settings but android has a bug here apparently. So no VPN for me right now... I used this feature a lot.
