Hi, i am unable to find my phone with the fixed smile or fixed smile pro,the double-click on the device does not do anything. I only get a notification on my phone but no sound or vibration or other. Also, the Help site within the app is completely blank.

Cannot add fresh new device Smile Pro. Nothing happens after long-press + beep. The Help card in the app us empty! Tapping the locate button on the map does not center the map to the blue dot.

Edit: Sorry I forgot to turn off battery optimisation for the new app. Now works charm. Old review: The app works worse than the previous one. Fixed smile would connect to the devices whenever they were in the same room for a few seconds. Now with Fixed Smart I have been driving for over 30 minutes...

Transfer from earlier fixed smile app does not work - only tag names are transferred, but not the connections. I had to add the tags manually myself. Also, there seems to be no support for the older beenode tags, which were supported in the fixed smile app. To sum up, after the aggressive notification to upgrade, I expected seamless transfer and no loss of functionality. Guess not. Going back to fixed smile. If that is discontinued, I will need to find another tagging system.
