Es necesario revisar la red de telefonía móvil en calle Vázquez, Rincón de Zaragoza, Palmares. Falla mucho, se pierde la señal y no hay cobertura 4G (kolbi), mientras que claro y movistar si hay. Gracias por su atención y respuesta.

La aplicación de Territorios kölbi es una herramienta de auto-ayuda para los usuarios, disminuyendo así el número de llamadas al centro de Servicio al Cliente.
Esta aplicación permitirá a los usuarios visualizar mediante tarjetas lo que sucede en el dispositivo, el usuario podrá elegir que tarjetas desea ver, puede activar o desactivar opciones. Las tarjetas son útiles como sistema de notificaciones para los usuarios brindando asistencia y orientación.
