App is up to date and once this coronamess started happening I can't use the app, it tells me an error occurred while logging in. We are on prepaid so we usually check usage daily, and we can't right now for whatever reason. We have reset our password several times and we still can't even log in. I would love for someone to get ahold of me and help me fix this issue.
