app is still not working. please take another look. it continues to crash and gives error messages stating - error occurred at initializing. Then it closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same outcome.

Don't require the account number to reset the password. I don't get get paper bills, so the stupid app is the only way for me to know. Whatever idiot decided to require the account number should be drug out into the streets and beaten. ๐Ÿคฌ

Too slow! Constant log in errors. Outage map will never load. The Smart Hub app was much better.
