Sir I have latest version of app Where to find consumer ID And is it for all district s Can we pay bill from this app to our areas or it limited to Srinagar city only The app should include all Districts of Kashmir so that consumers get more transparent platform available than having manual bill in our district and divisions we need this app should be upgraded and all Districts should be included so department get a regular payments from consumers on time

Have been trying to register through the app my water connections since 3 weeks - start of lock down - it is not registering. Even from the website it is sharing my consumer identity despite putting in my installation number under correct sub division as on my previous Bill's since 1970.
