This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WiFi Direct Channel Changing on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

This is an beta version of an app designed to provide WiFi Direct channel change capability for the ZTE Speed phone. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the FTC Robot Controller app. This app will only work on the ZTE Speed phone (tested on ZTE Speed with Android 4.4, Kit Kat).

If you install this app onto your ZTE Speed phone, then the FTC Robot Controller app will launch this app when you would like to change the WiFi Direct channel.

Select the desired WiFi channel and press the Change button to change the operating and listening channel for the WiFi direct group owner.

Note that this app should only be installed on the Robot Controller ZTE Speed (which is the WiFi Direct group owner).
