App works great. Customer service not so much. I have emailed twice and used the chat feature on the website once. Not one reply back. I don't know if they even have customer service. I wanted to ask them about adding some connection features to the android tv app. I also paid for two years of service. Ashame they will not respond to emails and messages left on the chat feature.

well after paying for a lifetime of vpn its now been demoted to "lifetime lite"... which means almost all of the premium locations are reset "to pay us again" .... now CH server has gone I am not impressed and to be honest zoog r not keeping to the spirit.of.the deal . sad to say i used to promote zoog to.my friends but not anymore. shame so down from 4* to 1 now.

Good when it works but when it's down there's no communication, website has been down most day and the app still isn't working. Maybe think twice if you're after a paid VPN.

App stopped working today, Zoog website not available either. No the app isn't working, it has been down all day. It loads to 60% then stops, same on all servers. 1/5 UPDATE: App is working again 3/5

Great app, does what it says it will do, simple interface. I only wish that there was the option in Settings to have the app auto re-start and re-connect to the VPN after a phone re-boot, if it was active when phone was shut down. Unfortunately I have to modify my review. It related to the app on my Android phone. I haven't had such a good experience with Windows 10. I have twice requested help on the support page AND emailed the developer directly without any response or acknowledgment at all. It is now a month later and repeated requests for Support have only been met with a deafening silence. Very poor, go to the bottom of the class!

The service is underrated. Excellent features. Server in Russia to get a Russian IP for streaming. Very good support.
