App issues: 1.) Communication Password in the app can ONLY be numbers. The Communication Password at our facility is alphanumeric. 2.) It would be nice to see people and Grant deny access to users on the go. 3.) It would be nice to have a Group lock/unlock during lock down and other emergencies. Be nice if you could use domin names and not only IP addressss. You have to pay for domain server or static IP to connect multiple controllers. All the ones I have worked on allow a free service fr this

Installed on my Pixel but keep getting a connection timeout error and as a result am unable to use the app. Update:. still, after latest update the app doesn't work. Submitted problem ticket on developer website but have gotten not response.

For everyone having an issue with comm password - you need to set that up in the configuration. Goto door configuration and click on the more button just above communication mode. Modify comm password. Old password just leave blank. Enter new. Also you must use the 5.3 software. 3.5 doesn't work.

The idea is really good, but could you please help me? My device doesnt really have a password, so I cant add it, do I need to reset the device and set a password?
