This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing myZiply on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Downloaded the app while on hold due to no internet and customer service saying it would be faster to troubleshoot with the app.. The app is only useful in that I can see I don't owe Ziply any money at the moment. Once things get moving and my internet works again, maybe I'll reevaluate my rating. So far? Not impressed.

As bad as Frontier! I really hoped that things would change for the better. This is not a good first impression. I can't create an online account on the app or on the website. Chat is not active, so I have to call them. Similar issues to Frontier. How is it that "technology " companies can be so bad with technology?! Are we their beta testers? My time is worth something!

Won't let me log in I have no internet foray week now waiting on hold 45 min wait says to download app so I did get all the way to where it says set up profile asksfor first and last name then I press next and frozen won't go past so I try to log bbn in again and says incorrect user or password so I do the forgot user it's my email then I do forgot password tab sends me code I reset password and still says wrong info when try log in

Your app doesn't even work,,, it gets stuck on entering info during start up, , you guys suck! Service and standards are way lower than frontier,,,, and that is difficult to achieve.

Be patient, people! This is the very first version of an app deployed by a brand new company formed from scratch, who is taking over frontier assets. Give it some time. It's extremely difficult to start from zero. BTW I logged in just fine. Follow the directions.
