It's a good first start. We have 7 rental homes that we have used Zillow over the last 5 years to find tenants. Not surprised that it moved to a fee based service.. What I like: Screening candidates. Cross advertising (Hotpads...) What I don't like: Very difficult to track who you have contacted No canned responses. Only setup to accept tenants not deny, 90% of our applicants don't meet our minimum requirements. Have to pay for the service Need single point of contact for multiple applicants

I've been getting a lot of inquiries for a house I'm renting out, and the Messages section of the app frequently does not display all of the messages I have in a conversation with somebody. It's not even the oldest messages that are missing, it's random ones so I then have to go search through my emails to find the missing conversation pieces and read their replies to me to even see what I sent. The website doesn't have this problem, just the app.

Great for a busy landlord. Keeps everything in 1 place, what sucks is when they pay on the app it doesn't go through for 5-8 days...those delays can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, great app.

Great for busy property managers! With the small properties I have I'm able to communicate directly through the app with prospects via text to email or phone which makes life soooo much easier! My only wish is that this feature was available for my larger property. Pretty please Zillow! 🙏
