Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HapSee on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Keeps going offline very often especially when you outside the house and wanna spy on my dog. The images/video isn't very good as it's keeps freezing and looks like running 2sec behind.. It's getting worst and worst

Garbage. No app updates in 6+ months. Won't stay connected to WiFi. I'm going to do a factory reset & sell it. "Failed to launch camera" error for months, now.

Need to update app!!! I can not log in w/out an error message. There is no point to the camera if i cant log in!!!

It worked great for a few months then a couple days ago just stopped working. Now I'm not about to connect by sound pairing or manual or any of the other options. It keeps saying no internet connection. I'm not having a problem with any other device. I reset my phone, wifi and camera and still not able to connect. Very very frustrating.

Does everything it needs to. Really cool that the camera can pan via the app. It would be nice if the camera had a wider angle of view. Noticed that response is delayed when connected over the internet. Ultimately uninstalled because I don't want a camera indoors at this time. (It was a gift.)

Having trouble using your desktop app, my tablet and android phone have various cameras synced and it's great however, when I try to use the software on my desktop (windows 10) it won't let me log in. I've inputted the correct email and password that is on my devices however, it won't recognize. If I create a new account with the same email it will go through, but no cameras are synced, it's as if the desktop app and the android app are not synchronized at all.
