The app barely works, how it's possible to mess up a simple app like this is beyond me. Dark mode shows white text on white background, can't use it. Whenever you load the app, you don't know if it's going to work or not, half of the time (or more) it shows wrong data eg 0 out of 0 GB available. Amazing that in 2021 Tmobile can't do better with something so simple, shame.

This application doesn't show data often. It stops working after a while even on clean installation. Well, advising reinstallation to solve the problem is not acceptable. Could anyone fix this? Another issue I have is logging. Could you please add logging option to Google account option or send link to registered email or another often used solution today. Please not force people to memorize another password.

The worst customer experience by Kaktus. I topped my account by 200KC, went straight to the APP, activated the samoobnovujici 2+2GB and got an error. The package got activated, but instead of 2+2GB, there was only 1.5GB+750MB. Customer service not helpful at all. Avoid Kaktus like the plague!
