I have been using this for over a year on my 9 and 13 year olds devises. It's awesome. The one fall back is when setting up an app and it wants you to allow this or that you have to back out of it to accept. That would be nice to be fixed. Other than that it's awesome, my kids can send me messages, download books and movies from the library, and whatever else I want them to use it for. Thank you. I've tried others but always come back here.
