i can not make it rotate or move up and down. i have performed the installation from my pc and the only think i can not manage to complete is the last step which ask me to place the mobile 20-30 cm in front of the camera to make the scan. please advise. thanks

I have problems with the application trying to setup a wireless camera i bought and I just tried to send a message to the provided email but the email could not be sent,like the email does not exist. Where can i find texhnical assistance. I am probably going to return the camera to the shop.

Downloading the CVMORE360eye App you have access in CVMORE SECURITY ROBOTIC EYE. This is a Plug & PlayCamera for indoor applications. This camera allows you to control and view from your smart phone or tablet live or recorded videos and snapshots even during the night because of its IR sensor. You get real-time alarm notification, in case of movement from the motion sensor, at your smart device. The microphone and the speaker offer two-way audio communication. Finally you can store video and photos at the local storage (micro SD card not included). All the above offer you an ideal combination to improve the security of your home or your office.

It fixes an issue with color distortion under daylight for Exterior Bullet Camera.
In general settings turn on the IR-Swap to fix possible color distortion (Purple Image).
