This app, and the small lovely tracking device is FAR from worth the purchase! It has a VERY, VERY SHORT tracking distance. We got it to use on our cat and it's beep is VERY quiet. It is not easy to figure out how to use, and it doesn't seem to track at much of any distance. If she got outside, this device could definitely not help us locate and help her get home to us. I do NOT advise anyone to purchase and put ANY trust into this device... Please don't make the same mistake that we have.

Technically the instruction are in English but it's such poor English it's hard to make sense of them. I bought it because I'm always misplacing my keys. I understood from the website that when using this app, either my phone or the fob would beep when they were in close proximity. I've tested it many times; twice the phone bleeped an hour or so later and once the fob beeped for no apparent reason. Other than that there is no response even when they are next to each other

So far it works. I don't know what the range is for this product. It would have been a great help to know that the battery was not included. I couldn't get it to turn on, so I looked and sure enough it didn't have a battery. I feel so foolish. Luckily I had one! For all those who might be interested, it takes a 2032 button battery!

useless junk! once the device loses connection from being out of range it has to be at phone to reconnect.will not auto connect when out of range!only reads aproximate distance not direction.bluetooth doesnt even have password security.app has to be running and device connected and ideally indoors in the same room to operate.this product is a fail.

Useless, range is bad, app crashed twice within 5 minutes of installing. May be useful for locating microwaves as it seemed to show I was getting closer as I walked towards mine even though the key fob was in the other direction.

I try to take photos and the app closes down and says error. About the part of finding the lost objects its perfect. 👍
