I had a very big problem using this app. It was shown that router is offline. I couldn't adjust any setting. But all, that was required, was to let this app work in the background for some time. If you have a Xiomi phone, like I do, turn the autostart on in the settings of the app (NOT the settings in app) and lock it in your background.

Garbage App that requests access to your storage in order to open and location and forces you to create an account. Just to keep tabs on who's pictures and files it accesses. If I knew this before the purchase I would not have bought this router. On the web interface, even a 15 € router has more options than this frying pan. But I guess you need to force people to use your garbage app.

Please add new devices like all wifi bulb, mi box 4k, new phones, etc.. No updates since last 5years. Low bandwidth, speed test incorrect. Need a update soon. Edit- App is slow, even device synce is not working properly. First open the app, pull below the home page then we get refresh.

This app doesn't edit (rename) the connected devices! I've tried of everything to make it work... I am an enthusiastic fan of Xiomi and every mi products, I love all Xiomi devices, but this app is terribly awful... Please Xiomi update it and fix these app bugs!

Speed test is now not available. Many times router doesn’t detect. I Don't know you. I configure with this app and after configuration the app cant find the router. My router is global but there is only limited country support. But in my country the product is selling officially. But there is no region on this app. Totally bad experience now

No update from last 5 years ... Internet speed became very very poor due to this poor quality not updated router. Even after having high internet speed i m suffering with low bandwidth b/c mi router. No alexa support. One star is more than enough ratings for this company, if i would get negative star in playstatore i would have been given negetive.
