This app is ok. I came from Verizon and they allow you full service access to your account in the app. Xfinity mobile app is limited. I can't find an option to change from share data to unlimited data for both my phone's only share data or individual unlimited. I also don't see call blocking options. Had to download another app to do that job. I prefer to do as much as I can on the app before having to call the help desk. We'll see if there's any improvements in the future

I have the Xfinity Mobile service for 8mos. I consistently go over the data plan usage each month, while 99%of data use is in my house,where I have Xfinity WiFi highest speed. It's always shows connected to my wifi network, but only toggle to it for phone calls. I can't complete calls, disconnect calls, etc when this happens.

For past month have not been able to access my account, billing, data usage, anything. Spent hours on phone with "customer service" to no avail. Was promised email within 24 hrs of fix, but still waiting...what us wrong with this glitch?

It tells me to go to the play store then when I tap on it, it bounces back to the open button then just keeps bouncing back & forth & I get absolutly NOWHERE!! I KNEW A LONG TIME AGOW THAT XFINITY SUCKED BUT THIS IS SUPER SUCKY!?!?

It doesn"t always use my home network when im home. I do get alerts on data usage. Wish the call blocking was much better. The companion optomizing app doesn" t do much at all. I was just informed Xfinity protection against viruses and such, will cost me $25 more with their Complete Protection. Any excuse to charge me more!!

I have recently had my house rented 8 years sold out from under me. I had to shut down my cable but the email is my main source of communication and I'm having problems getting to the email via my cell phone. I was going to change to xfinity but couldn't because I had just shut down my cable after 27 years I'd been customer.
