I dont know what the problem is, is it on the camera or this app. My internet connection is stable tho. While it is connected to wifi, the video is laggy, very laggy. But if i connected it to lan, there is no problem. Please fix it! Cam is updated, sp012

Alarm switch, what does it do, nothing seems to change, volume option doesn't change anything either I set volume in app to zero and on playback if my phone volume is up I hear sounds, and when reviewing photos I am unable to select several at once and delete them I have to select then delete 1 at a time.

Don't buy unless the camera supports and advertises configuration over http/https!! This is needlessly complex. I'm simply trying to update the firmware because my camera is glitching out, but with this BS I'll build one with a raspberry pi. I don't understand why these cameras are designed to work the way they are. I have several other cameras on the same isolated network that have a simple Web configuration interface that is FAR superior to this garbage and work without issue.

Seems to be a problem with either Android 10 or Nokia 7.2. Have to reboot phone several times a day or Sricam doesn't work. My old Android 7 Alcatel phone never has this problem so five stars for Sricam for that combination. Please issue a fix

The most useless camera and app I have ever seen. Don't buy them and don't use them, just another Chinese scam. One of the most irritating thing is that this camera / app has this annoying thing, that every time it reboots it defaults back to the stupid Hong kong time zone so it records every thing in black and white i.e. Night vision mode, if I could give it less than one star I would. Don't buy them.

I will only give this 2 stars. It works, but not as convenient. Because you can only view 1 camera at a time using android. And everytime I open this app, it always starts with red status (not connected status), so I always need to swipe down to refresh the cameras.
