This app is a colossal failure. Request Statement, View Consumption History, View Payment History do not respond at all. View Account Activity just opens a dummy page that has nothing to do with the account. The only thing that works is Check Balance. It has been like this for months. It seems the developer stopped half-way, went to the pub and never came back.

This new app is a complete disaster. It only goes as far as prompting me to either enter my cell number or email address but from there it doesnt respond at all. Please bring back the old app because it was user friendly

After latest update still messed up. It does not show pqyment history. Payment history shows some fictitious figures. It seems developes not testing the app before releasing it.
