I CANNOT recharge my data. I've been trying for 2 days now and it keeps coming with that "unfortunately we are unable to process your payments." I have enough money in my account and my band card isn't blocked, I've also tried a different bank card and it also didn't work. I tried going onto the website and all it comes up with is "clean up on aisle 6". Something is wrong with the app and it needs to be fixed!!!

Greats Pricing and Perks! Transfer my number within 15 minutes. 10% is a great massive difference each month on my grocery. But change woolies mobile data would be more better instead of 55GB round up to 60GB or 80GB. Would be a game changer. For your products and services.

Plans are good value and use Telstra's network. The app itself is good, but sometimes there are errors that can impact on purchasing plans and this is the reason for only four stars.

only problem I had with the app was knowing when my recharge was actually due to run out, and not just a vague number of days. This update has made such a higr difference. thankyou

Voicemail settings (disable) still not working. But to recharge, the app works very well.

DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS. That data that they promise to store in your data bank if you havnt used it by the end of the month? Well kiss it goodbye if you ever decide on choosing to go with a lower plan or you don't recharge by date of expiry. Also, one time my phone glitched and I bought 2 data add ons in a row, and I contacted them immediately and they wouldn't give me a refund. DO NOT BUY THEIR DATA ADD ONS AS YOULL BE PAYING $25 FOR 10GB INSTEAD OF GETTING ANOTHER RECHARGE ($30 FOR 30GB).
