Frequently get notices of no data for 12 hrs on your kid's device, restart or reinstall FamiSafe. I do these things and I just have to deal with it again in a few weeks to a month. Also get A LOT of notices of restricted terms on YouTube. It's ALWAYS something ridiculous like inspiration, creepy, weird, rock etc. Some I can see getting an alert for some, but there are only a few terms it finds that would make sense. Restriction schedule also seems flaky. Sometimes works mostly doesn't.

I've had this app now for 5 days and it does NOT block the apps, my child can still get on everything.. The location does not update as often as it should especially when I pull down to refresh it.. To TOP it off I had paid for this and it's worst since they charged my account.. Last update for my child even after I hit refresh is 7 hrs ago. Please update I would love to love this app has all the features I like and need..

This app doesn't always work. One example is that I'll get an "explicit" notification, but upon clicking into the details, there is only a blank screen. Another is that for a week-weeks out of the month, the app won't track anything going on, on my son's phone. I won't get any notifications, it won't track his location, nothing. One more, is that even though I have specific blockers on this app, he is still able to get into those websites/apps. I have to continuously go into this app & re-block

Not worth $60.00 a year. This app does not update locations, nor does it block apps or set downtime on their phones MM guardian is free and is much better. I feel like this app promised so much and failed. Our OS are up to date and we have installed the latest software. I will NOT be renewing my subscription after the year. $60 is a lot for a worthless product.

Do not waste your time and money. This App does not work at all. This App is developed by kids. They have no idea about technology. Only works in the trial period. App stopped working after a week. Also, NO phone support at all. May be run by 1 person. Do not waste your time and money.

Does not block youtube. If my child has a certain app open, she can still get youtube to open in a mini window even if restrictions are enabled and instant block on. Will not be renewing annual subscription. Reaching out to customer service is a joke. Even if Famisafe responds to this message, it's too late. Good customer service handle complaints the first attempt. Not after a poor review.
