I've tried their PC app and their Android app - neither of which will transfer notes from my iCloud account to my new phone - contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, videos only. Frustrated. Update 1: as requested by the devs. I'm using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, running Android 9.0. The "tech geek" at Carphone Warehouse said when moving from Apple to Android only the data listed above will migrate - everything else has to be done manually as its completely different operating systems. Update 2: the devs have asked me to send the log for further checking. When I try to send it I get a message saying "Submit failed." Oh dear.

awful app, paid the £9.79 subscription to transfer the 5000 odd photos from my iphone X to my android. These all came up before paying so i was hopeful they would all transfer once i paid. This was not the case, i have tried both the USB and Cloud method, both took over an hour and said it was transferring them all. however once it reached 100%, it would say it could only transfer about 150. awful app and a waste of money!

Did not work for me. Tried multiple times and nothing happened except my new phone overheated. Tried to live chat with developer but received only technical jargon automated responses. Got a refund from Google Play.

THIS APP DOES NOT TRANSFER SMS, MMS, OR IMESSAGES! I was under the impression that this app had the ability to transfer my text messages. After purchasing a subscriptions to dr. fone's app i found that this was not the case.
