Incomplete. I used Dr.Fone to root an old device. To do so, I had to enable USB debugging. The OEM requires asking EVERY time to enable USB debugging. After rooting, I fail to see why there is any request made to enable USB debugging. Why didn't rooting "fix" this? I made a small mistake but cannot reload any backup or any new main image because USB debugging has to still be interactively approved. Also the rooted system will not self recover. It cannot connect to the Internet.

Worthless app. Although my phone (Sony Xperia 5) is in the list of supported devices, the desktop app keeps telling it's not supported, even though I setup developer rights and USB debugging. I could not root my device either, using that special app from dr Fone. Also here the answer is "device not supported". In the mobile app, when I try to make a backup, the app keeps telling my email address is not valid (while it is 100% accurate). A waste of money this purchase.

This did nothing for me. It's not compatible with my phone model and after i delete my photos they just keep reappearribg. Also it seems to have written my deleted files over the corrupted files i was hoping to recover. Completely screwed everything up. Do NOT use this software if you don't have a Samsung.

Paid app did nothing for me Paid for the app and software, had to root phone, waited forever, had to get PC software. All for nothing because it didn't work with my version of phone.

Horrible. Spent $15 (foolish I know but the text was important) and it still tells me "device not rooted" and I cant retrieve my message. I would very much like to have my money back please.

Maybe cause I purchased a subscription, but I found it recovered windows xp, 7, 8.1 n 10 data,; photos docs apps with old facilitation uses, and Android the same, from phone to phone, old numbers I had forgotten, root recoveries, so it may cost a little to have the performance you need but at least I know I paid, not as much given to google or amazon, no authorization charges using bank as their atm, n as if the need it, notice the price in authorizing back or cards went up from . 01 to. 10 cent
