Using BlueStacks

Worst app ever! I love the feeder, when it's working it is amazing. Every now and then it decides to downgrade the firmware and loses connection between the app and the feeder. I've had this feeder since 2017, at first it was working fine, now I've decided to stop with the automatic app upgrades to avoid losing the firmware updates. Please fix it!!! It makes the feeder a waste of money...

I purchased feeders that connect to this app 8 months ago. It's been a real pain in the a** thinking the feeders would work when I go out of town, only to discover the app says they're "offline". The feeders are not offline, the app just can't stay connected. I haven't tried to set up the times feedings bc you can't adjust the time zone in the app - & who knows what time zone they're currently set at. I've finally had enough & ordered different feeders. Stay away from this product!

Don't waste your money on this pet feeder. It doesn't work without this app an the app is always disconnecting from the wifi.
