This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WiBean on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

The WiBean app controls your WiBean-enabled espresso machine.
The WiBean hardware provides:
- Precise digital temperature control of your espresso machine.
- Full control of your espresso machine's heating and pumping systems
- A wake-alarm so your coffee machine is hot when you are ready to brew! Does NOT require a permanent or active bluetooth or WiFi connection in order for the alarm to work.

This software app allows you to:
- Remotely control the heating function of your machine. Start your espresso machine heating when you are on the way home so it's ready to go by the time you get there.
- Forget to turn your machine off? You can do that remotely too.
- Control the wake-alarm. Your WiBean can automatically turn on and heat up before you wake up. No more waiting for espresso in the morning!
- The heating temperature. Using an industrial grade PID controller, you can precisely set the temperature of your espresso machine for the ultimate brew.
- Design and run brewing programs. Control pre-shot, staged brews, and cleaning cycles with custom brewing programs.

This app requires users have already purchased and installed the WiBean control hardware in their coffee machine. This app communicates with your machine via the internet. In order for this application to work you must be connected to the internet and have unfiltered access to the World Wide Web.
