Mohon maaf sebelumnya Bapak/Ibu Admin Aplikasi Disdukcapil Smart Bantul. Aplikasi ini sangat inovatif dan sangat membantu sekali bagi penduduk yang jaraknya cukup jauh dengan komplek perkantoran Pemkab Bantul, akan tetapi setelah kami menunggu proses validasi selesai cukup lama (maklum), terdapat ketidaksinkronan data antara yg kami input (ketik manual, bukan memilih pop up menu) dg hasil cetaknya (PDF). Terima kasih, semoga semakin baik untuk update selanjutnya.

Awal iseng saja coba aplikasi ini untuk mengajukan pergantian ektp yg rusak. Ehhh ternyata beneran bisa, dan prosesnya sangat cepat. Dlm waktu kurang dari 2 jam, ektp ku sudah bisa diambil di kecamatan. Good job. 👍

Sudah coba ganti status di KTP saya dan istri, alhamdulillah jadi, tgl 8 submit tgl 11 sudah dapat notif ambil di kecamatan. Coba lagi fitur pecah KK ortu dan adik, juga prosesnya cepat. Semoga kedepan lebih baik 👍
