Pengajuan dari tahun lalu sebelum ada aplikasi tidak dilanjutkan dan tidak dicetak dan harus pakai aplikasi. Begitu download aplikasi dan melakukan pengajuan, kuota penuh.. Bagaimana bisa pengajuan dari tahun lalu sebelum adanya aplikasi ini tidak diselesaikan terlebih dahulu?

Worst app! Kalau aplikasi nya belum bisa berjalan dengan baik, jangan disosialisasikan dan menyuruh masyarakat pakai aplikasi ini tapi ujung2nya "Kalau memang gagal silahkan langsung ke dukcapil saja ya. Mengajukan permohonan cetak manual", hanya buang waktu dan tenaga.
