Specifically, this free mobile app provides one-way communication for users to complete reports and conduct assessments in the field—even when in a disconnected or offline state. Once report entries are captured in the app and connectivity is restored, data is immediately synced to a designated board in WebEOC, providing complete situational awareness to all personnel involved with the event.
The app itself makes such reporting easy and intuitive. Mobi 2 features dynamic, readily identifiable graphics and an easy-to-navigate user interface. Additionally, its unique image viewer supports quick attachment uploads and tapping or pinching to zoom in on an image for enhanced detail recognition.
When you install the Mobi 2 app, you also have ready, exclusive access to the Report Info form and board for basic field reporting at no additional cost. If the standard forms offered do not meet all of your organization’s individual needs, custom forms for Mobi 2 can be developed and delivered by the Intermedix Professional Services team for unlimited use by your system users.

Captures information from a single record to post to your WebEOC system, including all data for an input view.
Automatically discovers latitude and longitude coordinates when Location Services are enabled.
Supports uploads of multiple attachments, including images taken using your device’s camera.
Works offline until able to send board updates when connectivity is restored.
Allows you to directly manage data syncing options between Mobi and WebEOC.

Prerequisites
Before downloading WebEOC Mobi 2 onto your device, your WebEOC Administrator must have already installed WebEOC version 7.8.0.4 or later and run one or more of the mobile form installers.
If these prerequisites are met, you may proceed with installing the application. Once installed, you will need the following information to fully complete the configuration of the Mobi app:
The URL associated with your instance of WebEOC
Your WebEOC username
Your WebEOC password
