We are regular user of webtel products. Products are good but support system needs to be improved a lot. Thorough overhauling is required. I had purchased webedge in last June. Till now I have been able to utilize only time sheet, attendance portion only. Lots of problem for other options. Billing still could not be activated. GST charging in bill, big problem. Problems occur in any developmental products, but technical team should response with positive attitude. .

Very disappointed. Very difficult to update timesheet in laptop.codes are not properly available to update the timesheet. It is taking 25 min for updating timesheet of a single day.50% of the time is consumed because of loading screen in laptop .even after taking a lot of time the data will not be Available properly.
