You only seem to be able to download single files a time to a tablet or phone. This is very limiting as I like to edit groups of photos and other file types and copy completed folders to my devices. I now have to plug devises in to copy in this way. You could do this on previous mybook for example. Otherwise all good, 5 stars if this becomes available

No fixes over a year. This app has two consecutive splash screens and still has to load after they are done. This app struggles to display images, it fails to respond correctly to swipes and taps, often progressing gallery views in the opposite direction that I swiped, and sometimes not responding at all. Certain file types simply cannot be downloaded to the device using this app. Iacks functionality and it lacks responsiveness. It also wastes the user's time with slow animations and pop ups.

Not the greatest experience overall. It's difficult to upload files from your mobile device. E.g. "Select All" only works for images taken on the same day, so bulk backups to your My Cloud Home is a clunky and inefficient process. Then if the connection is interrupted for whatever reason, it's difficult to figure out where to reinitiate the process from. You can't connect your device or computer directly to the My Cloud Home so you're forced to rely on this and the desktop app. Not great.

All I use this application for is to allow me to access the files and to backup from my phones to my Western digital home cloud storage. Yes it is a little buggy, but it does what is needed as long as you have patience. I use it on my Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy note 9, iPhone SE, Motorola Moto g Stylo, LG Stylo 6, Motorola MOTO X4, Motorola Moto g power, Samsung Galaxy note 3, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy s6 edge Plus, & Google pixel 3XL. It works great on all of these.

Disaster! Installed app. Logged in and it could not find my device..which was working fine with the MyCloud app on my Win 10 machine. It asked for a device ID and showed where it was on the case. I had no such ID number. What is worse my WIN 10 app now asks for this ID (when it did not before) and I am locked out of adding content to my NAS. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Now my NAS is USELESS!
