No customer support online chat or phone and when there was someone tenable English so bad I just gave up. Don't bother no help and the IBI would not login to wifi. I did really want it. Sounds like a great idea, I could not get it working. I hate to say something about another place but Western Digital is a massive company ! Not to have US Support well that's a Hugh miss I would not by anything from then again...I have maney items from them it's just Sad. Not like they will care about this.

This is a good service, but still needs fine tuning. I wish it were smart like Google Photos for things like detection of duplicates and face recognition.

I am unable to signin.. I thought it's password issue thought to reset. But password reset doesn't work.. desktop gives error that unable to connect to server. Just received the device yesterday. No longer liking Ibi.. very poor

Love this, I can share all of my photos with my sisters and cousins without having to make an sd card or whatever for them to share with me.

After the last two updates, the app does not syncing my entire photo gallery, to be specific "month of February" The buttons "send feedback" and "get help" do not work. Overall a very god app, with few missing features that can make a bit easy the selection and album creation- adding the option to multiple select while swipe touching multiple pictures. Not syncing the last pictures,
