Using BlueStacks

customers cant sign the form. tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that would fix issue but still no luck. Using a G pad F 8.0

quick to take your money but VERY slow to provide the purchased product and customer support is non-existent. I've reached out by email multiple time with no response. they claim 24-48hr turnaround time for PAYING CUSTOMERS but it's been a week and I still have nothing in hand.
