This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Date in Status Bar Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Had the free version for years, great little app. I installed the Pro version on my new phone and it doesn't display the date at all. What's the point of paying for an upgrade that makes things worse?

I have a Note 8, it keeps requiring restart. And does not maintain the left side location in status bar. Any idea how I can fix this?

Very bad update(10-27-18). The color display of the date has now been removed. I can't change it to any different color whatsoever other then white.

Had the app for ages, but on my new phone, huawei mate 20 Pro, the colours won't change in the status bar. Which is daft because the free version works fine! Sort it out, and I'll get it again and update my review

Constantly drops out requiring restart of app. No idea which app works best for any version of Android. Very expensive especially as it appears the developer has lost interest and so have I.

Keeps stopping for no reason, and doesn't start automatically after phone reboot. I shouldn't have to constantly restart the app. Good when it IS working...

Displays the day of the week and Calendar day in your status bar
Date in Status Bar shows the current day and date in the top status bar. The date fits right in and appears as if it is part of the Android OS unlike some apps.

Blue - To blend in with Android 4.x
Red/Green - Any device
Pink - Any device
