It needs to help the customer, not do surveys, but there is a good intention to help customer... I feel the system of security can be easily hijacked by fraudsters, impersonators.

Password requirements are ridiculously demanding. This is not a bank system to make it so tough.

Verizon has best coverage, highest prices, fastest 5G, poorest app functionality, and subpar customer service. For the price there should not be more negatives than positives, however that's the way it is with Verizon. If you need coverage even in remote areas then you must endure terrible customer service & expensive service plans. If you need good prices and app functionality more than signal strength, leave Verizon on the shelf. This app sucks just like all other Verizon apps.

Great app but touch ID doesn't work. Keep turning it on... it even texts to say its activated and next time i go in the app it asks to turn on. Been months and no fix.
