My Verizon makes managing your account easy. You can get all the support you need right from the app, or customer service availability. I haven't been with Verizon for years, but coming back and seeing the app improvements shows me they are always innovating to make their customers lives easier. Thank you Verizon!

The absolute worst app ever. Takes you around in circles when you try to enter, tech help to solve problems with registering is useless. I have been with Verizon for 15 plus years and will probably leave them and go to another mobile company. The Verizon store in Webster wasn't interested in helping at all either and dismissing us at the door. Sorry but your company needs to get with it. You are not the only game in town.

When using auto fill on Android app crashes every time. Doesn't matter if I clear cache or restart phone. Has been an issue for over a year Edit: phone number they request me to call after sending email doesn't connect me to anyone in fact it's not recognized and it routes me to a different number for FiOS. I sent an email and there is no reply Edit 2: I am told that the app does not function as intended because I have an unlocked phone. This is happening in devices bought from them. Fix it.

It won't even let me connect to the app, gives me a opaque screen and a message each time I try to upgrade my service plan or pay for my current plan "we're sorry we're having problems connecting right now" and then the app crashes and goes completely black that I have to turn off my phone completely and restart it. I guess Verizon don't want my money , but overcharged me last month as it shows I have a 33.00 credit . Looks like I'm going to be going back to At&t seeing nothing works on Verizon

Absolutely useless. Just a wall of advertisements. Just one after another stacked on more advertisements that completely obfuscates your ability to actually manage your account. Imagine walking into a store and having a store clerk constantly following you around pitching a product. Every two or three minutes another "helpful" interruption. So often that you actually lose focus of your original task. A Chinese water torture of advertisements. You're only wish is to GTFO and make it stop.

If I could give this app ZERO STARS I would. I don't know what happened it used to work so well before the update. Now It is always freezing when I log in. When I Uninstall the update it works fine, I have no problems (except with the Verizon up rewards) and it makes me update again. I have already emailed someone explaining my issue and it has been months since I have gotten a reply. You'd think one of the best servicers would have a decent, WORKING app.
