I've been looking for a good speech to text program, and this one has been good to me so far. Being able insert custom word replacements is very nice, and made it worth purchasing the pro upgrade. Now I've got no adds, dark mode, and the screen won't shut off without me changing my screen timeout settings, worth the $5 (I think, can't remember).

I like the ability to edit on the fly while recording. If you notice an incorrect word you can stop talking, delete and keep talking. Also long pauses don't stop the process.. its a slick and easy tool to have.

What I love about the ads: There is an ad banner at the bottom that does not disrupt the program in any way & is the only kind of advertisement. The speech to text: If you have a clear speaking voice with little accent you should be able to have little to no mistakes in the conversion process. It works better than Google! There are language settings with large variety like different kinds of spanish in different regions. There are also symbols like . , ' ? ! that you can use any time.

Mis -dictated words even when s l o w l y and emphatically pronounced . It will be very much appreciated if this app's developer would, please correct the mis- dictate flaw. Excluding that flaw, over- all, I really like the functionality of this application. Respectfully,

Its very useful and simple to use. However, some words pronounced are not texted correctly but I guess may be problem of pronunciation. It would be handy if some images could be added to text as imports from gallery or from files on mobile etc. Print facility and save the file on mobile by exporting it to desired folder. Very good app.

Love it. It would've perfect if it could switch between 2 languages at once upon hearing. But great tool for the hard of hearing, has helped me a lot

About this app

The speech to text application that allows you to take voice notes and save them locally or send them to cloud services.

Supports a customizable list of replaceable words and punctuation for voice input; continuous speech recognition; letter capitalization control; undo command for the last speech input, triggered by a button or by voice.

Can recognize speech in online and in offline mode (offline mode not available for some devices and languages).

Contains words and characters counter. Convenient for bilingual voice input. Exports notes to Documents or Download folder or sends them to any text program. Can import text files from file managers or Google drive.

Allows you to save backup copies of notes with a customizable history depth.

Has a widget for convenient start. Integrated with Google Assistant, note recording can be started and stopped by voice.

The notes can be read aloud by android TTS engine.

Requirements for work:
1. The application uses default Android speech recognizer and optimized to use voice input from Google, so the device (phone or tablet) must have Google speech recognizer App installed and updated(!)
2. To improve the speech recognition it is desirable to have an Internet connection and also need to install a language pack for local voice recognition. Without a local language pack, if the Internet is lost, the application will stop and give an error. To install the package, read the application help.

Premium mode remove ads and unlock settings for:
Dark Mode (gives you more time for dictation)
"Always on Screen" mode with non stopping dictation
Setting Predefined email for sending voice notes by minimum clicks

Premium settings are located at the bottom of the general settings page in the mobile version of the app. Premium mode only applies to the mobile version and does not apply to the Wear OS version.
