I can't receive my weekly prize from the wheel for 2 days. And even though I'm using the app in English a big part of interface is in Turkish. I keep getting this message "Hediye carkindaki yogunluk devam ediyor." But it's obviously a mistake on your part. Fix this please.

I bought a 42 Turkish Lira package for 28 days of internet/call. When I looked at my bank account it shows that I have paid 42 liras however I did not receive the internet neither any notifications whether the process succeedded or not. It's a shame that such a company scams it's own users.
